【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforgas-insulated,metal-enclosedswitchgearinwhichtheinsulationisobtained,atleastpartly,byaninsulatinggasotherthanairatatmosphericpressure,foralternatingcurrentofratedvoltagesabove52kV,forindoorandoutdoorinstallation,andforservicefrequenciesuptoandincluding60Hz.Forthepurposeofthisstandard,theterms"GIS"and"switchgear"areusedfor"gas-insulatedmetal-enclosedswitchgear".Thegas-insulatedmetal-enclosedswitchgearcoveredbythisstandardconsistsofindividualcomponentsintendedtobedirectlyconnectedtogetherandabletooperateonlyinthismanner.Thisstandardcompletesandamends,ifnecessary,thevariousrelevantstandardsapplyingtotheindividualcomponentsconstitutingGIS.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61334appliestoelectricalequipmenttobeusedindistributionlinecarrier(DLC)systemsonbothmedium-voltage(MV)andlow-voltage(LV)distributionnetworks.Itspecifiestherequirements(frequencybands,outputlevels,spuriousemissions,etc.)forMVandLVdistributionnetworksrespectively.Itspecifiesdisturbancelimitsinthefrequencyrangefrom3kHzupto30MHz.Theupperfrequencylimithasbeenfixedat30MHzaccordingtotheCISPRrecommendationsforconducteddisturbances.Itdoesnotspecifythesignalmodulationmethodsnorthecodingmethodsnorfunctionalfeatures.Environmentalrequirementsandtestsarenotincluded.NOTE-Inmostcountriesthetransmissionissubjecttoregulation.Compliancewiththisstandarddoesnotimplypermissiontoestablishcommunicationonapublicsupplynetwork,betweenpublicsupplynetworksandconsumerinstallations,orbetweenconsumerinstallationswherethiswouldnototherwisebeallowed.Theobjectofthisstandardistolimitmutualinfluencebetweensignaltransmissionequipmentinelectricalinstallationsandbetweensuchequipmentandotherequipment.Inaddition,thisstandardisintendedtolimitinterferencecausedbysignaltransmissionequipmenttosensitiveelectronicequipment.Insomecases,interferencecausedbyotherelectricalequipmentmayleadtomisoperationofthemainssignallingequipment.Guidanceonproperuseandwarningofimproperuseareincludedintheinstallationandoperatinginstructionssuppliedwitheachitemofequipment.Whereappropriate,anoticeisattachedsecurelytoeachproductgivingthesubstanceofthefollowingwarning:Mainssignallingmustnotbeusedtocontrolequipmentthatcouldbecomeahazardtopeopleorpropertyifitinadvertentlyoperatesorfailstooperateinanyway.
